Saturday 13 July – Bastille Day Dinner

Bastille Day Dinner

Guillaume Forrett will do a Bastille Day dinner at the Putty Hall from 5.00pm. Enjoy a two course meal in the French tradition with complimentary mulled wine.

Entree : Foie gras (duck liver pate) with toast, onion jam and salad

Main : 2 options (book in advance if you want to have a choice)

Raclette : melted cheese which you pour on fine cured meat and potatoes

Tartiflette : potato oven baked with speck, cheese, sour cream, onions

Cost: $35/pp

Children $10
