This year’s commemoration of ANZAC Day took place behind Putty Hall on 25th April 2026.
Thanks to Jane Robinson who led the ceremony and to the other speakers: Ken and Marg Ferguson, Judy Hobson, David Hope, Fran Streeter, Catrina Cruickshank, and Kallie Hasselman, and thank to Elle Stokes and Ivy Skarstrom who placed flowers at the remembrance stone. Special gratitude to service member Alicia Mayberry for attending from Singleton base.
Through songs, hymns, prayers, poems, and one minute of sacred silence, we will remember them.
The commemoration was followed by lunch and 2-up in the Hall. Thanks to Kimmy Stokes and Jess Green and everyone who put the event together and all who attended.
